Last night Nathan asked if we had any pancake mix because he wanted to make pancakes for the kids for breakfast. I don't buy pancake mix so Ruth and I whipped up a batch this morning while Nathan took Dinah and John on a quick errand. We added a few chocolate chips for a special treat and boy, were they yummy! The kids were happy with them, too, as you can tell! :)
