Ruth loves Ethiopian food and was doing such a fine job of it tonight. We thought she could give you a lesson on how to eat Ethiopian food.
First. You get a piece of injera (the sour flat bread that's laying on the table).
Second. You tear off a small piece.
Third. Scoop up your vegetables or shiro (the orange stuff that is all over her).
Fourth. Pop it in your mouth!
Boy, is it yummy! And boy does she make a mess eating it! But we are glad she enjoys it!
Yay for Ethiopian food!
