Right out of the oven. Yum, yum.
I've probably posted this recipe before, but it is just so good. And I've recently started swirling some peanut butter through them before they bake and wow, are they delicious!
Kimbo Brownies
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together. Add a small amount of milk to make them the consistency of brownie batter. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. To make peanut butter brownies: add small drops of peanut butter to the batter after you have spread it in the pan. Swirl it around with a knife and bake as normal.
