Submitted, Not Accepted

We got word this evening that our paperwork was submitted to the US Embassy in Addis, but it was not accepted. Sigh. We have no idea what this means. Other than the fear in the back of our minds that now they are going to have to run the ad in the paper for one month. Hopefully we will find out tomorrow what the Embassy expects to be done now.
